If for some other reason you need to return an item, please follow the procedures below.
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us within 5 days. Product exchange notified to us after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.
2. The watch MUST be returned in its original presentation box with all warranty information and manuals. Please include in the returned package your name, telephone number, and reason for return.
3. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package. If you choose not to insure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
4. We do not charge re-stocking fee
5. ITEM CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. We only sell new items. PLEASE understand that we can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
